What is 1-2-1 PT

These 45 minute sessions will be with either Leah or Laura.

After a consultation, they will create a tailored programme for you which will be specific to your goals.

These sessions will then take place with just your coach and you in the studio.

What is Group PT

These 45 minute sessions are also with either Leah or Laura.

The tailored programme will be used in these sessions under guidance. The main difference is there will be other women completing their own workout at the same time.

There will be a maximum of 4 women per group. During these sessions you will get the additional benefits of motivation and camaraderie that comes with exercising with others around, whilst keeping the focus and attention on your individual goals.

How does the 4 week package work?

The 4 week package is split into 1-2-1 weeks and Group PT weeks.

Week 1 - 1-2-1 PT
Week 2 - Group PT
Week 3 - 1-2-1 PT
Week 4 - Group PT


There are designated times for PT sessions and for Group PT, which will be discussed with you prior to the consultation.

You will have access to an app with all your sessions on.

F.A.Q.

In week 1 and 3 of your plan you will have 1-2-1 personal training sessions. 

In weeks 2 and 4 you will have group PT. These will consist of small groups of a maximum of 4 people. This will be different to a class, because you will be following your own individual plan and Leah and Laura will be helping you with technique and progression too.

Leah or Laura will book you into the group PT sessions

You will have an app, where your 1-2-1 and group PT workouts will be uploaded onto.
