What is 1-2-1 PT
These 45 minute sessions will be with Leah.
After a consultation, a tailored programme will be created for you which will be specific to your goals.
These sessions will take place with just your coach in the studio.
How does the 4 week package work?
The 4 week package is split into 1-2-1 sessions and home/gym plan weeks.
PT sessions need to be used within your 4 week package
There are designated times for PT sessions, which will be discussed with you prior to a consultation
Home or gym workouts will help to keep you on track outside of your sessions
You will have access to an app with all your sessions on and nutritional support will be provided throughout.
Package 1
- 2 x 45 minute PT sessions
- 2 x Home/Gym workouts
- Access to an app to track your progress
- Nutritional support
- Direct debit set up (cancel at anytime)
- Additional PT session can be added on (£37.50 extra)
Package 2
- 4 x 45 minute PT sessions.
- 4 x Home/Gym workouts
- Access to an app to track your progress
- Nutritional support
- Direct debit set up (cancel at anytime)
- Up to 3 x additional sessions can be added on (£37.50 each)
Package 3
- 8 x 45 minute PT sessions.
- 4 x Home/Gym workouts
- Access to an app to track your progress
- Nutritional support
- Direct debit set up (cancel at anytime)
Package 4 - Train with a friend
- 4 x 45 minute PT sessions (You both need to attend the same session)
- 4 x Home/Gym workouts
- Access to an app to track your progress
- Nutritional support
- Direct debit set up (cancel at anytime)
- Additional PT sessions can be added for £45 per session (You both need to attend this session)
F.A.Q.
In the studio there is a variety of equipment including; a squat rack, dumbbbells up to 15kg, slam balls, TRX’s, weights bench, plyometric box, rowing machine, assault bike, step boxes and resistance bands
You will have access to an app which will have your workouts on. You can input data into the app so all your progress can be tracked.
This will depend on your goals and current fitness levels. This will be discussed in the consultation.
