how does the plan work?

All plans are 4 weeks in duration, but you are not restricted to only 4 weeks of personal training. There are designated times for sessions, which will be discussed with you prior to a consultation. We include home or gym workouts which will help to keep you on track outside of your sessions. You will have access to an app with all your sessions on and nutritional support will be provided throughout.

Which plan is right for you?

Flex Plan - perfect if you have a busy schedule and you want to fit personal training into your schedule. A flexible way to maintain and build strength at your own pace.

Build plan - these weekly sessions help to steadily build strength, confidence and fitness. Ideal if you want to make consistent progress.

Elevate plan - twice weekly sessions for maximum impact and rapid results. Perfect if you're ready to prioritise your fitness and see noticeable improvements in a shorter time frame.

Build together plan - a collaborative training experience, where you and a friend work out together. Weekly sessions which help to motivate and support each other.

Elevate plan

  • 8 x 45 minute PT sessions.

Build together plan

£120 each
  • 4 x 45 minute PT sessions (You both need to attend the same session)
  • 4 x Home/Gym workouts
  • Access to an app to track your progress
  • Nutritional support
  • Direct debit set up (cancel at anytime)
  • Additional PT sessions can be added for £50 per session (You both need to attend this session)

F.A.Q.

In the studio there is a variety of equipment including; a squat rack, dumbbbells up to 15kg, slam balls, TRX’s, weights bench, plyometric box, rowing machine, assault bike, step boxes and resistance bands

You will have access to an app which will have your workouts on. You can input data into the app so all your progress can be tracked.

This will depend on your goals and current fitness levels. This will be discussed in the consultation.
