💦 Make sure you are drinking enough water. Everyone needs different amounts dependent on your size and activity levels. Try drinking a pint of water as soon as you wake up and with every meal.

🎧📚 Chill – make sure you spend at least 15 minutes every day just to relax and switch off from everything.
🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻♂️ Walk more – the recommended 10,000 steps can often be hard to reach. Though as long as you are moving frequently and trying to avoid sitting for too long – you are on the right tracks!
💤 Sleep is just as important as food and exercise. Try to get to bed that bit earlier and get the sleep your body wants 😊
