Don’t keep eating…
My lunch today – amazing so tasty.
Now ask yourself how often do you then continue to have something else straight after you have had your meal.
Whether it be a chocolate bar, cup of coffee, yogurt, fruit or maybe crisps.
More often that not you will be eating for purely the sake of it. You are not alone I can do this if I’m not being mindful.
If you wait 5 minutes and have a glass of water instead, take your plate away and move away from where you have just eaten you would of forgotten all about that chocolate bar.
Be more mindful and don’t eat for the sake of it 😊
