Do you feel a little bit lost at the moment?

What could be included in your plan

What time you are getting up everyday. Try and keep this the same time (or thereabouts) to keep routine.

What work you need to do this coming week.

A plan of work for your kids

When and what type of exercise you want to do

A rough idea of what you will be eating

Chill out time. Whether this is catching up with Friends via video call or popping on a movie with your other half

Trying something new. Is there a language you want to learn or maybe you have a musical instrument sitting in the corner that you want to try
