Don’t put pressure on yourself to do a particular exercise regime. Do what suits you and your lifestyle.

If you love to get up early and hit a gym session – that is great.

If you like to go for a run at lunchtime – that is great.

If you enjoy running around with your kids in the park – that is great.

If you prefer to go to an evening yoga class – that is great.

Just because people around you are doing one thing, doesn’t mean you have to do it too.

Personally I prefer a mix in my training – in a gym, outdoors, in a group…

I also can’t hit it hard everyday – so I train every other day and keep my steps up and stretching going when I’m resting. That might not work for you though 😊
