Three things you can expect from exercising in my little gym…
A comfortable environment ✅
I hear a lot of people tell me that they feel intimidated about walking into a busy gym. I have created a space where I want everyone to feel relaxed whether they are attending a personal training session with me or one of my exercise classes.
Exercise correctly ✅
I have been in the industry for nearly 10 years and with a Physio degree under my belt too – I will make sure you are exercising safely.
Whether you have picked up weights before or not – there are always some bad habits that we pick up.
These habits can cause unnecessary stress on areas of your body you shouldn’t be ‘stressing’ and also inhibit you from getting the most out of the exercises.
Enjoy exercise ✅
I get it – not all of us enjoy exercise! Yes I will incorporate a lot of the fundamental exercises you may hear people talking about (think squats, presses, deadlifts) because they work.
However, I also incorporate a variety of new exercises that will keep your mind and muscles guessing! So I really do try and relieve that boredom – and make sure you get the most out of the sessions 😊
