What is fit in 5?

A 5 week exercise plan which will help you feel fitter and stronger!

All workouts are pre-recorded, so you will be exercising along with Leah. 

what workouts are included?

In weeks 1-3 there will be 4 workouts to complete which will include full body, cardio, core and stretch sessions.

In weeks 4-5 there will be 5 workouts to complete which will include lower, upper, cardio, core and stretch sessions.

You don’t have to complete all workouts you can pick and choose!

do I need weights?

Weights will come in handy but you can still use household objects such as bottles of water and tin cans.

do i get any support?


Leah guides you through all exercises and gives alternatives too which can help to make the exercises easier or harder.

After each week you will be able to fill in a check in form which will keep you accountable. Leah will respond to you within 24 hours after check in.

can i complete the plan again?


After purchasing the plan you will have lifetime access so you can complete it as many times as you would like!
