Online Fitness Classes

I offer a variety of ladies only fitness classes from my small private gym. These are small classes where there will be a maximum of 8 ladies per session.

  • Mondays 6.30-7.30pm
  • Box Fit is a fun non-contact boxing class.

  • Leah will take you through a variety of workouts which will get your heart pumping and your muscles working!

  • No prior boxing experience required, everyone welcome! 

  • All gloves and pads will be supplied.

  • Tuesdays and Fridays at 6.20am
  • This 40-minute session is guaranteed to kick start your morning!

  • Emphasis will be on working the full body using a variety of equipment.

  • Workouts will be fun, challenging BUT achievable!

  • All ages and fitness abilities welcome.

  • Wednesdays at 9.15-10.15am and 7-8pm.
  • This class is split up into 3 sections.

    15 minutes of cardio

    20 minutes of resistance training

    15 minutes of core

  • All ages and fitness abilities welcome.

  • Thursdays from 7-8pm
  • This class follows the traditional Tabata format and is a form of HIIT training. You will complete various workouts for 8 rounds. Each round is 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest period.

  • All ages and fitness abilities welcome.

  • Sundays from 9.30-10.30am. 
  • A workout for the whole body with a variety of different exercises that is designed to wake you up on a Sunday Morning!

  • All ages and fitness abilities welcome.

  • Maximum of 8 ladies per class
  • Booking in advance online
  • £6 per class
  • No refunds though you can transfer your class booking with 24 hours notice
  • Equipment that might be used….Slam balls, Sandbags, TRX, Assault Bike, Viprs, Dumbells, Kettlebells, Resistance bands and more!
