Alzheimer’s – can we treat this awful disease by improving our diet?

Often you will read how to prevent this disease from occurring but how about if you or a loved one are diagnosed with it. Can making changes to your diet help?

Someone in Britain is diagnosed with dementia every 3 minutes and it is the leading cause of death in women.

Our brains use 25% of the body’s energy and therefore we need to nourish it with nutrient rich foods.  What comes up tops is plant-based foods. A plant-based diet can reduce your risk of cognitive impairment by 28%!!
