It feels hard. It requires a lot of concentration. Though how good do we feel when we master it!

Exercise is the same 😊

A new exercise can be daunting, embarrassing and feel like tough work first of all. Though how many of you look back and realise how much you have accomplished?

Maybe you could only run to the end or the road but now you can run around the block.

You may have found it difficult to lift the 3kg weights above your head and now you can lift 6kg.

Celebrate your successes! Tell a friend, your partner or even better write it down and document it. Then in a couple months time look back and see how much you have progressed 😊🙌🏻
