Do you spend time just to relax?
We lead busy lives – but also we don’t help ourselves by feeling we need to be ‘busy’ all the time.
We feel guilty if we sit down and read a book, or spend time away from work, kids and the general run of the day.
However – it is important to do this!
It allows us to relax, to switch off and so important for our mental health!
Find something you enjoy doing and take time to do this every day – even it is just for 15 minutes. Take note of how it makes you feel – it might surprise you more than you realise 😊
