Postnatal Exercise
After having a baby you will be feeling tired and your body will not be ready for doing anything too demanding. Light walking and pelvic floor exercises are excellent ways to keep strong and active at this stage.
After the 6-8 week postnatal check and clearance from the doctor/midwife – you will be able to return to regular exercise.
However, it is still a scary time and the body has been through so many changes. You may not know where to start. This is where I come in to kick start your journey!
