How to boost your protein intake at brekkie….
We all love a good bowl of oats!! However we often tend to laden it with too much fruit and sugar and it doesn’t turn into as much as a healthy brekkie as it could be!
Adding fruit is fine but you also want to boost the protein intake.
In this bowl I added walnuts and chia seeds along with blueberries.
This is more than likely going to fill me up for longer and provide me with more nutritious value
