Fitness with leah

Leah is a fantastic PT, she's friendly, enthusiastic, obviously loves what she does and is very encouraging. I've been going to a variety of Leah's classes since they started and still love them. They are varied and you get a great workout. My strength has improved which has subsequently improved my yoga practice. I thoroughly recommend Fitness with Leah!

I started Leah's 15:20:15 classes over 12 months ago and have since used her personal training services. The environment Leah has created for her sessions makes it comfortable with no intimidation. She allows her clients to work to their own abilities and will push you when the time is right. Her positive attitude, support and overwhelming enthusiasm to make the classes and sessions enjoyable is all you need to keep you coming back. Thank you Leah for all the help and support you have given me. You are a credit to your profession.

I was looking for something local and came across Leah Holder - 21 months later and I am still enjoying her classes. The sessions are really varied and we have a good laugh as well as a good workout. She really knows what works and when to push you to get the max out of the class. Her dedication to my fitness is really appreciated. Have just started my new fitness journey at 53 after a few years of aches and pains. Determined to improve my strength, agility and general fitness but felt anxious about the typical 'gym environment'. Started yesterday with a 7k walk at Sandwell Valley and an hour of group exercise this morning. Leah is positive, welcoming and very professional. Atmosphere is supportive and very focused.
