What to expect from personal training

Leah or Noressa will plan personalised sessions depending on your health and fitness goals. 

Whether your goal is to get fitter, feel stronger or to fit into a new dress….the team will work with you to achieve them in a realistic time frame.

How does it work?

There are a variety of plans to meet your needs, all of which are tailored to your individual goals.

All plans run on a 4 week schedule.

Personal Training plans

There are various plans where you can choose to have 2/4/8 sessions over a 4 week block.

These sessions will be private where it will only be yourself and the coach in the studio.

Within the plan you will receive additional home or gym workouts to do outside of the studio.

Which plan is right for you?

Flex Plan –  a flexible way to maintain and build strength at your own pace, perfect if you have a busy schedule and you want to fit in personal training.

Build plan – Ideal if you want to make consistent progress; these weekly sessions help to gradually build strength, confidence and fitness. 

Elevate plan – twice weekly sessions for maximum impact and faster results. Perfect if you’re ready to prioritise your fitness and see noticeable improvements in a shorter time frame.

Build together plan – a collaborative training experience, where you and a friend work out together. Weekly sessions which help to motivate and support each other.

Where to start..

If you are interested in personal training, you will have an initial 15 minute call with Leah.

On the call we will briefly discuss your goals and availability, and discuss the best solution for you.

If you would then like to move forward with a personal training plan, we will book you in for a consultation that can take up to 45 minutes. This has a small cost of £15, which if you decide to go ahead with a plan will be deducted from your first payment. 

During the consultation we will go over your lifestyle and current eating habits, and also take a comprehensive medical history.

No. Leah and Laura can help you at whatever level of fitness you are, from the very beginner/been out of exercise for a while – right up to the advanced athlete

Immediately. Your first result will be contacting us. That is 100% the hardest step. Now I know that is not the answer you were looking for. You want to know when you will lose ‘x’ amount of pounds or when will you be able to run a half marathon without stopping. 

My answer is – I don’t know. If a personal trainer can tell you that your goal will be achieved in 10 days, 1 month, 3 months…they are in the wrong profession and should be making a killer as a fortuneteller!

Everyone is individual. Life throws so many curve balls at us and we all put so much pressure on ourselves to hit targets and get results quickly!

We will break down your bigger goals into smaller bite sized goals. This way you will always be achieving results!!

In the consultation we will ask about your exercise preferences and what your likes and dislikes are. In the studio there is a range of equipment that can be used to keep your sessions varied. Leah and Laura will coach you through the exercises and help you execute the workouts with good technique and confidence.

To increase your accountability. By committing to a 4 week plan will allow you to treat your health and fitness journey seriously. This can be set up as a direct debit, making exercise part of your routine!
