What to expect from personal training

Leah or Laura will plan individualised sessions depending on your health and fitness goals. 

Whether your goal is to get fitter, feel stronger or to fit into a new dress….the team will work with you to achieve them.

How does it work?

There are a variety of packages to meet your needs, all of which are tailored to your individual goals.

All packages run on a 4 week schedule and include a mixture of 1-2-1, group personal training and workout plans

1-2-1 package

There are various packages where you can choose to have between 2-8 sessions over 4 weeks. 

These sessions will be fully private where it will only be yourself and the coach in the studio.

You will also receive home or gym workouts to do when you are not seeing your trainer.

1-2-1 and Group Personal Training

These sessions are offered weekly and include a mixture of 1-2-1 and group personal training. All workouts are tailored individually.

The next package will start the week commencing 20th May.

4 week workout plans

If you are happy to follow a plan, Leah provides tailored individual 4 week workout plans. This could be a home workout, gym workout or combination of both.

The next 4 week workout plan will start on 3rd June. Bookings close on 29th May

Where to start..

If you are interested one of the services, Leah will have a call with you.

On the call we will briefly discuss your goals, your availability and work out the best options for you.

If you would like to pursue with personal training, we will have a consultation in the Fitness With Leah studio which will last up to 45 minutes. You will be able to talk about your goals in more detail, we will address lifestyle and nutrition and take a thorough medical history.

There is a fee of  £15 for the consultation. If you decide to have personal training, this payment will be deducted from your first PT package.


No. Leah and Laura can help you at whatever level of fitness you are, from the very beginner/been out of exercise for a while – right up to the advanced athlete

Immediately. Your first result will be contacting us. That is 100% the hardest step. Now I know that is not the answer you were looking for. You want to know when you will lose ‘x’ amount of pounds or when will you be able to run a half marathon without stopping. 

My answer is – I don’t know. If a personal trainer can tell you that your goal will be achieved in 10 days, 1 month, 3 months…they are in the wrong profession and should be making a killer as a fortuneteller!

Everyone is individual. Life throws so many curve balls at us and we all put so much pressure on ourselves to hit targets and get results quickly!

We will break down your bigger goals into smaller bite sized goals. This way you will always be achieving results!!

In the consultation we will ask about your exercise preferences and what your likes and dislikes are. In the studio there is a range of equipment that can be used to keep your sessions varied. Leah and Laura will coach you through the exercises and help you execute the workouts with good technique and confidence.

To increase your accountability. By committing to a 4 week package will allow you to treat your health and fitness journey seriously. This can be set up as a direct debit, making exercise part of your routine!
