Big gym classes can be intimidating and you may feel you don’t get the attention you need to pick up the exercises correctly.
Leah runs small group studio with a maximum of 6 women per class. This allows you to get the most out of the class and for Leah to offer a lot of support and guidance throughout the session.

Classes are limited to groups of 6 women. Therefore, Leah will be able to help you with exercise technique and help you get the most out of the classes
Unfortunately no. Leah has an online booking system due to numbers being restricted. Once you have booked your class you will get email confirmation and a class reminder will be emailed out 24 hours before the class starting
You cannot cancel a class once you have booked it. However, you can transfer a class to a different class on the schedule. This needs to be done at least 12 hours before the class you are moving from starts.
