How it works?
- Complete a short consultation form so Leah can understand your goals and preferences
- ย Pick a start date (plans start every 2 weeks)
- Receive your plan via the app
- Check in form at the beginning of week 4
- Re-book your next plan if you want to continue building momentum
Check in call
If you would like an extra later of accountability, you can add a 15 minute check in call to your plan. This is a focussed 1-2-1 chat where we can review your progress, talk through any challenges and make sure you feel confident moving forwards. Itโs your chance to ask any detailed questions, get personalised guidance and make sure you are getting the most out of your plan.
When is the next plan starting?
Pre book your plan by 29th October for your plan to start on the 3rd November

Yes. A plan can provide a lot of structure, support and guidance. Half the battle with working out is knowing what to do.
You will have access to an app which will have your workouts on including videos of how to perform the exercises.
