Want to progress your training or just completed Steady start 21, this is the plan for you!

Steady Build

A progressive beginner plan for those who’ve completed Steady Start 21 or have some exercise experience and are ready to build strength and fitness beyond the basics.

This plan is primarily bodyweight with optional resistance. Glute band and/or household/weights can be used.

Whats included

🏋️‍♀️ Two full body strength workouts a week (glute bands and weights optional)

🏋️‍♀️ Two optional guided walks a week (to support recovery and consistency)

🏋️‍♀️ Clear weekly structure (gradually increasing the intensity so you keep improving)

🏋️‍♀️ Efficient focussed sessions (designed to easily fit into your routine)

How to sign up

Getting started with Steady Build is simple, quick and stress free; here is how it works:
Access to an app
Your plan will be delivered via an app which upon signing up you can download onto your phone. 
 
Plans start on a Monday
Whichever day you sign up, your plan will start on the coming Monday.
 
Workouts scheduled but flexible
Your sessions will appear on set days to help you build a routine, but you can easily move them to fit your week.
 
Additional equipment is optional
You don’t need to go out any get equipment, however if you would like to use glute bands and/or dumbbells you can.
 
What happens after 28 days
You will have the opportunity to continue your progress by signing up to Steady Tailored which is a personalised plan to keep your momentum going in a structured, manageable way.
