Steady Build
A progressive beginner plan for those who’ve completed Steady Start 21 or have some exercise experience and are ready to build strength and fitness beyond the basics.
This plan is primarily bodyweight with optional resistance. Glute band and/or household/weights can be used.

Two full body strength workouts a week (glute bands and weights optional)
Two optional guided walks a week (to support recovery and consistency)
Clear weekly structure (gradually increasing the intensity so you keep improving)
