Getting started with Steady Start 21 is simple, quick and stress free; here is how it works:
 
Launch Date
Steady Start 21 launched on Monday 5th January. The plan is currently closed. Please join the mailing list for updates.
 
Access to an app
Your plan will be delivered via an app which upon signing up you can download onto your phone. 
 
Workouts scheduled but flexible
Your sessions will appear on set days to help you build a routine, but you can easily move them to fit your week.
 
No equipment needed
You don’t need to go out any get equipment, just a little bit of space to perform bodyweight exercises.
 
What happens after 21 days
You will have the opportunity to continue your progress in the Next Step online plan. Keeping your momentum going in a structured, manageable way.
