🏋️‍♀️ Check in on day 21 to discuss progress and any adjustments moving forwards

How to sign up

Getting started with Steady Tailored is simple, quick and stress free; here is how it works:
Fill out a consultation form
So your plan can be personalised to you, there will be a set of questions to answer before signing up.
 
Access to an app
Your plan will be delivered via an app which upon signing up you can download onto your phone. 
 
Plans start bi-weekly
New personalised plans start every 2 weeks, so you can join at a time that suits you.
 
Cost – £50
Your personalised plan, progress guidance and check in included
 
Additional equipment is optional
If you have equipment at home or looking at purchasing some, it can be incorporated into your plan. The plan can also include just bodyweight exercises. 
 
What happens after 28 days
Continue your progress with another 4 week Steady Tailored Plan, upadted to match your current fitness goals and improvements.
