What is 1-2-1 PT
These 45 minute sessions will be with either Leah or Laura.
After a consultation, they will create a tailored programme for you which will be specific to your goals.
These sessions will take place with just your coach in the studio.

How does the 4 week package work?
The 4 week package is split into 1-2-1 weeks and home/gym plan weeks.
Week 1 - 1-2-1 PT
Week 2 - Home/Gym workout
Week 3 - 1-2-1 PT
Week 4 - Home /Gym workout
You will have a PT session in the studio bi-weekly. There are designated times for PT sessions which will be discussed with you prior to the consultation.
You will have access to an app with all your sessions on and nutritional support will be provided throughout.
Package 1
- 2 x 45 minute PT sessions - 1 session in Week 1 and 1 session in Week 3
- 2 x Home/Gym workouts - 1 workout in Week 2 and 1 workout in Week 4
- Access to an app to track your progress
- Nutritional support
- Direct debit set up (cancel at anytime)
Package 2
- 4 x 45 minute PT sessions. 2 sessions in Week 1 and 2 sessions in Week 3
- 4 x Home/Gym workouts. 2 workouts in Week 2 and 2 workouts in Week 4
- Access to an app to track your progress
- Nutritional support
- Direct debit set up (cancel at anytime)
F.A.Q.
Leah or Laura will see you every 1st and 3rd week of a 4 week package face to face in the studio. On the 2nd and 4th week you will have a workout plan to follow.
You will have access to an app which will have your workouts on. You can input data into the app so all your progress can be tracked.
